Karolyn
I've made the peanut butter oatmeal bars and love them. I added some ground flax seed and craisins to mine. Husband enjoyed them and girls at work love them. I was surprised my husband liked them tried other ones but he didn't like them said he could tell I didn't add sugar. But these were just perfect. Made them several times now. I do have to say if baking in toaster oven to cut down on the time and temp some. I bake mine at 325 for about 10-12 min.

Do glad you and your family liked them, Karolyn! Enjoy!
