Ingredient Notes
You only need these 3 ingredients!
- White Chocolate Chips - a good quality brand that melts well.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk - not evaporated milk.
- Skittles Candies - any color will do!
How To Make Skittles Fudge
This Skittles fudge requires only 3 ingredients and takes about 10 minutes to make, so it's an easy recipe that you can make any time, and the kids can help, too.
No oven is required!
If you've never made fudge, you'll see how easy it is!
Tip: The swirly food coloring on top of the fudge is optional.
Step 1 - First, place your white chocolate (3 cups) and condensed milk (1 14 oz. can) in a pan and melt until smooth.
Step 2 - Once melted, stir in the Skittles (¾ cup). Place the fudge in a parchment-lined 8-inch pan.
If you're using food coloring to make swirls, place a drop of each color (red, blue) in the corners of the pan and swirl colors together with a butter knife or toothpick until you get your desired look.
Step 3 - Then place the Skittles Fudge in the fridge to harden. It's that simple, but oh, so tasty.
For best results, remove the fudge from the fridge and let it come to room temperature before serving.
If you have other recipes for your BBQ, this recipe is great because you can make it ahead of time!
Tips & Tricks
- Any color of Skittles candy will work in this recipe.
- The swirly top is optional. You could use any food coloring color but go with red and blue for a patriotic look.
- For best results, take the fudge out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature before serving. It doesn't require refrigeration to serve unless it's really hot outside.
How to Store
- Store your Candy Fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for about 5-7 days.
- You can freeze fudge. Just take it out of the freezer about an hour before you want to serve or eat it, and it should be ready to go! Freeze for up to 3 months.

How long do you think these will last after being made?
Erin Henry
We recommend storing your Fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for about 5-7 days. If you refrigerate it, it will last a bit longer.
