3 weeks into summer and I can already check a few of those of my list.

I know! It goes quick, Kellie! That's why I have to write it all down or I'd miss a few things 🙂

Have fun at the Grand Canyon. We took the kids several years back and rode the Grand Canyon Railroad trip...so much fun and great memories.
What a fantastic list that will surely equate to a great summer.

How fun! I'm not sure we're going to get to do a railroad trip, but it sounds wonderful. I hope we survived that much time in the car...but I know we'll have great memories 🙂

Great ideas, even for those days it's almost too hot to go outside. A movie or a craft is perfect on those days. And typing, this is such a great skill to have. I love the water balloons! Every kid needs these!
Erin
Yes, great ideas for inside or out. We sometimes get a little summer rain, so inside activities are great for that as well. Seriously, I can't believe how entertaining water balloons are. My kids play for hours!

I have several of these on my list too! We just bought a pull behind for our bikes so we can bike with my son this summer. And I love taking advantage of the library and all of the programs it offers!
One thing I have on my list that isn't mentioned here is trying new places to eat. There is a food truck called Peanut Butter Johnny's that I thought would be a lot of fun!
Summer goes by so fast that it is important to make these lists and cross stuff off as you go!

So fun! A pull behind was great when our kids were young. Now we all ride together, which is nice. Our local library is also a source of summer fun....love that it's free. OMG, that's a good one we have tons of food trucks here in PDX so I'm adding that one too!
