Yukon Gold Potatoes Chicken Broth Butter Sour Cream & Cream Cheese Milk & Spices

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the slow cooker: Spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Wash, peel, and cut your potatoes. Place them and  chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder in your crock pot and give them a good stir.

Cook on high 3-4 hours.

Place butter, sour cream, parsley, and cream cheese in the crock. Use a hand masher or hand mixer to mash your potatoes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve. You can keep your slow cooker mashed potatoes warm for hours.
