CHICKEN AND STUFFING

Enjoy a comforting dinner of Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing. It's a delicious and easy recipe with tender chicken, savory stuffing, and vegetables in creamy gravy.

INGREDIENTS

Carrots Green Beans Chicken Breasts Cream Of Mushroom Soup Cream Of Chicken Soup Water Box Of Dry Stuffing Mix Butter Sea Salt And Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the carrots and green beans on the bottom of the slow cooker.

Place chicken on top of vegetables and season it with salt and pepper. Add the dry stuffing mix on top of the chicken and soup mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.

Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW heat for 5-6 hours or 2.5-3 hours on HIGH heat.  We prefer to cook on low in a slow cooker to soften the food and allow the flavors to develop.

PRO TIP: You can either shred the chicken and serve it casserole style or serve the chicken, stuffing, and vegetables separately.
