Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs Ranch Seasoning Cream Cheese Garlic Powder Bacon Shredded Cheese Green Onions
Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot. Sprinkle chicken with ranch seasoning mix. Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken. Remove meat from the pan and drain the fat. Set aside.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time. Shred the chicken. You can do this right in the crockpot with 2 forks or take it out and shred it on a cutting board.
Stir the cream cheese into the shredded chicken and stir in the bacon. Spread the chicken out into an even layer and top with shredded cheese. Cover for 10 more minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
Once the cheddar cheese melts, it's time to enjoy your crack chicken. All you have to do is sprinkle some green onion over the top and take a bite! Enjoy!
