This quick and easy Pumpkin Crunch Cake (Pumpkin Dump Cake) is the perfect Thanksgiving dessert. The pumpkin, cinnamon spice, and pecans make the best fall dessert.

INGREDIENTS

Pumpkin Puree Evaporated Milk Yellow Cake Mix Sugar, Eggs & Butter Pumpkin Spice & Pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Add canned pumpkin, milk, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and eggs to a large mixing bowl.

Whisk ingredients until well blended.

Add pumpkin mixture into your prepared baking pan.

Evenly distribute cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Cut  butter into thin slices, and distribute over the top. Sprinkle pecans over it and bake.

Top with whipped cream and enjoy!  This pumpkin cake can be made up to 2 days in advance.
