All Purpose Flour Whole Wheat Flour Baking Soda Pumpkin Pie Spice Salt Butter Granulated Sugar Brown Sugar Eggs Canned Pumpkin Vanilla Extract White Chocolate Morsels
In a medium bowl, combine flours, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Beat butter until fluffy for about 30 seconds. Now, add sugars and beat until combined.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Mix in pumpkin puree and vanilla. Mix in flour mixture until well combined and then white chocolate chips.
Place approximately 2 tablespoons of dough on the prepared pan about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350°F for 10 - 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
