PUMPKIN SPICE

Cookies 

These Pumpkin Spice Cookies are the perfect fall recipe. A soft and chewy pumpkin cookie with white chocolate chips  that's almost impossible not to eat warm from the oven!

INGREDIENTS

All Purpose Flour Whole Wheat Flour Baking Soda Pumpkin Pie Spice Salt  Butter Granulated Sugar Brown Sugar Eggs Canned Pumpkin Vanilla Extract White Chocolate Morsels

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl, combine flours, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Beat butter until fluffy for about 30 seconds. Now, add sugars and beat until combined.

Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Mix in pumpkin puree and vanilla.  Mix in flour mixture until well combined and then white  chocolate chips.

Place approximately 2 tablespoons of dough on the prepared pan about 2 inches apart.  Bake at 350°F for 10 - 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Cool on the baking pan for about 2 minutes and then transfer cookies to a wire cooling rack.   Enjoy!
