With only 5 minutes of prep time, you'll eat this easy Brussels Sprouts recipe all the time! They're crispy and caramelized on the outside, tender on the inside!
Brussels Sprouts Olive Oil Salt & Pepper (Bacon and Onions are optional)
Wash and dry the Brussels Sprouts and then cut them into halves or quarters lengthwise (from tip to cut end).
Place the Brussels (and sliced onion if using) in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Place in a single layer on a sheet pan lined with foil and roast for 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees F. until crisp on the outside but tender on the inside.
Roast your Brussels with bacon for a heartier side dish! Place 2-3 slices of chopped raw bacon onto your pan while you're roasting them.
