Cranberry Brie Bites are a deliciously easy way to entertain guests! With only 3-ingredients you have a wonderful bite-sized appetizer to serve at your next party!
Place the pre-baked phyllo cups in a mini muffin pan. Fill each cup with about ½ teaspoon of brie cheese and ½ teaspoon cranberry sauce. Bake for 10 minutes, until cups are golden and cheese is melted.
Remove cups from oven finish with a light seasoning with fresh ground pepper and a sprig of fresh chopped rosemary (optional) and serve immediately.
Notes
The phyllo cups we found were pre-baked, so they didn't need additional time in the oven. If you find unbaked ones, follow the package instructions before placing your cheese and cranberry sauce inside and baking again.
We love the fresh flavor of our homemade cranberry sauce, but if you're in a rush for time, you can use a store-bought variety and perk it up with orange zest and cinnamon.
You can double the recipe depending on the size of the crowd you're feeding.
Cranberry Brie Bites are best served warm right out of the oven.
