Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo is an easy and delicious meal with tender chicken, pasta, and extra creamy white sauce you can make at home with minimal prep.
Add chicken, heavy cream, chicken broth, butter, cream cheese, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, and garlic powder to your slow cooker.
Cover with the lid and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
Remove the lid and shred the chicken in the crock pot with two forks.
Turn the crock pot to HIGH and add uncooked pasta and parmesan cheese. Cook for 30 minutes or until pasta is tender and finished cooking.
Stir once more, then top with parsley and more parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve and enjoy!

Notes
If you want your chicken to be extra tender, cook it on the LOW setting.
You can use any type of pasta in this dish. Rigatoni and penne work well, but feel free to use whatever you have on hand.
You can also make this recipe with frozen chicken. Simply add an extra hour of cooking time if using frozen poultry.
