Ingredients
6thick-cut pork chopsbone-in or boneless - about 2 - 2.5 lbs.
110.5 ouncecan condensed cream of chicken soupnot diluted
Coat the inside of the crockpot insert with non-stick cooking spray, and then place pork chops in the crockpot and top with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread them out as much as possible. Don’t stack them.
Pour the condensed soup over the pork chops, and then sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the top. If using corn starch, mix it with a tiny bit of water and add it when you add the condensed soup.
Cover with the lid and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours. You can cook the recipe on high for 3-4 hours, but we find the results are better on low.

Notes
Optional Prep:To begin, preheat a little olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Then, season the pork chops with garlic powder, salt, and pepper and sear each side for about 2-3 minutes. Once done, follow the recipe as instructed. This step is optional but adds depth of flavor to your recipe. Other Notes
You can use a package of Ranch Seasoning or mix your own Ranch Recipe.
A bone-in chop with a bit of marbling will yield the best result.
You can substitute condensed cream of mushroom soup for the cream of chicken soup in the recipe. If you'd like more creamy gravy, use 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
