Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium-sized bowl, pour in the brownie mix. Then, whisk in the eggs, milk, and oil. Whisk until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips (if the brownie mix did not already include them). Feel free to add more chocolate chips if the mix already had them included. Let the batter rest.
Grease a cookie sheet or line it with parchment paper. Spoon one tablespoon of batter and make sure to include plenty of space in between each cookie, as these cookies will spread considerably.
Bake in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes until cookies are mostly baked through. The middle may still be underbaked, and that's okay! Take them out and let them cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Top with flaky sea salt for some balance to the sweetness!
