Notes
Substitutes: You can use Greek yogurt, vanilla yogurt, marshmallow fluff, or Cool Whip instead of sour cream. Topping Ideas: Add a little a few tablespoons of brown sugar. Instead of the granola, you could use smashed Butterfinger candy bars, smashed heath bars, crushed graham crackers, chopped pretzels, chopped walnuts, or chopped pecans. Make-Ahead: You can make this salad up top a day ahead of time (some say it’s even better the next day) and top it when ready to serve.Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.Nutritional information is approximate and was calculated using a recipe nutrition label generator and will vary based on cooking methods and brands of ingredients used.
