Melt wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in 30-second intervals until smooth
Dip each banana half in chocolate, leaving a small area uncovered to represent the penguin’s face. Before the chocolate sets, add candy eyes. Dip each M&M in melted chocolate and firmly press into the beak and feet areas.
Freeze the completed penguins for 5-10 minutes; just until the chocolate sets. Remove and serve immediately.
